Once the order is being placed, it will still have a 24-hour window to allow modifications. After that, it will have a corresponding "production time" depending on the variant or the item ordered. After the production time, it will then be shipped. The 30-day policy will be based on the shipping date. If in case it has passed 30 days for US orders and/or 45 days for international orders and the package has not arrived yet, then replacement or refund will be offered depending on what your customers prefer. Customer can choose from refund or replacement.
